This place compared to other hotels wins our 5 STAR rating , the guy in the front desk is very friendly and will make sure you feel comfortable, there was also a woman who works at night she was very professional, She made breakfast, fresh eggs, susaage, bacon potatoes, we are definitely staying here again. There is a promotion starting on the 4 of Dec. If you stay 4 nights you'll get a $100 dollars visa card I think I might get it sounds like a good deal.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Best Western in Delano, CA. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. I really enjoyed the full breakfast that was served each morning. I love soft scrambled eggs and sausage.

BEWARE!!! The syrup is sugar free with aspartame. They fill the original syrup container with the bottled sugar free. Was told that today, 01/20/24. *Was wondering why I had a migraine later in the day. They advertise to make a breakfast sandwich but have no mayo. 🤷🏻‍♀️ The shredded cheese was not kept on ice a few days of my 7 day stay. Today it was. Also advertise toppings for waffles. There were none.

Very friendly front desk staff, clean rooms. I think there are no elevators, but there is only a second floor. Breakfast was good. There is a Jack in the box with drive-thru next, so there is enough people around if you get there late.

Clean and comfortable. Went to use the spa in the evening and it was stone cold. A bit disappointed. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. It is a little noisy on the front side of the hotel due to trucks on the road. I would recommend asking for a room on the back side.

Rooms were stuffy activates allergies, pool had a weird smell, no parking after 10pm. Noise from other rooms. Grab breakfast early.. Good for a one night stay. Close to restaurants but packed all the time.

Nice room. Good breakfast. I usually expect higher quality from the Best Western chain than the budget motels and was not disappointed. This place was very affordable on the same level as many of the budget chains.

The pool was said to be heated but it wasn't. It's an indoor swimming pool which was great so we're not sitting in the hot sun but the pool freezing cold. There is a sauna room and it works great. The Jacuzzi was way too hot in my opinion
